2. Booking & Courier Policy

• Customers are required to send their products via courier to our service location after booking.

• We will inform the customer once the product is received at our facility.

• Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

3. Product Responsibility

• De Leather Care is not responsible for any courier-related issues including:

  • Delay in delivery

  • Loss of product

  • Damage during transit

• The customer is advised to use a reliable courier service with tracking when sending their products.

4. No Warranty / Guarantee

• We do not provide any warranty or guarantee on repairs, restorations, or maintenance services.

• Once the repaired product is delivered back to the customer, we will not be responsible for future wear, tear, or damage.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Service charges will be communicated in advance.

• Payments must be completed as per the agreed terms.

• Since our services are customized and labor-based, no refunds will be issued once the repair work has started.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is strictly limited to the service charges paid by the customer.

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.

7. Customer Consent

By booking our services, the customer:

• Acknowledges and agrees to the above-mentioned terms.

• Accepts that De Leather Care is not liable for courier losses, delays, or product damage after repair.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of [New Delhi].
